Lisa has a background of working with families, couples and individuals in a community setting helping them sort through various relationship, parental and individual struggles that complicate one’s life.
Lisa uses an eclectic approach when working with clients pooling from cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy, and client-centered therapy, but focusing on the needs of the individual client for what will work best with each person. Lisa provides acceptance for what a client is facing and knows that each individual client has their own story and experiences which make them unique. She brings an empathic and non- judgmental approach when working with clients and believes that a client must be comfortable with a therapist in order for positive changes to be made.
