A New Direction for Counseling was established in 2005 and has been responsible for providing outstanding mental health services ever since. Our specialty is in the area of providing counseling to meet the needs of each individual client. Our client enjoy our flexible scheduling, comfortable atmosphere and friendly staff members.
Our dedication is to provide the highest quality therapeutic services to children (6+), adolescents, adults, couples and families. We will partner with you and/or your family to help you through life’s everyday and extraordinary challenges in a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. Our attention is to focus on your individual needs and unique circumstances, while striving to integrate our clinical expertise with your personal values. We provide flexible scheduling options by offering evening and weekend appointments in order to accommodate your busy life.

Please be advised that we do have therapy cats on the Beavercreek office premises. If you would prefer a pet free environment, please ask to be scheduled telehealth or at our Franklin location.
We offer online counseling!
If you have trouble obtaining transportation or have difficulties with your schedule, online counseling may be for you! All you need is an ability to access the internet with camera and audio. Please be sure your insurance approves online counseling. If not you may self-pay at time of services.
